The project consists of the excavation, concrete, masonry, finishing, and MEP works for structure which contains 8 cold rooms used for storing foods and crops. The rooms are insulated with food-grade sandwich panels, with a state-of-the-art Brine System used for cooling. The building also contains a hall to be occupied by a food sorting machine, as well as office space for the factory management.
